　　 "Organic tea" focuses on nature, hygiene, safety, and no pesticide residues. It combines the trend of health and wellness at the end of the 20th century, and is very popular among consumers. Organic tea is not just cultivated with organic fertilizers, it is called organic tea. In addition to paying attention to safety, hygiene, and health, organic farming methods should include three conditions in principle:

　　 First, no chemical fertilizers are used. The ones that can be used are compost, like the simple self-made compost in the past, which is often used as organic fertilizer.

　　Second, chemical synthetic pesticides are not used, and the land and irrigation water used cannot be polluted. 　　Thirdly, there must be more than three years of production in this way. If these three aspects are thoroughly implemented, the produced tea can be called organic agricultural tea or organic tea.
